Mull it over. That’s what you got. HONEY. Pleasant nose with earth, and floral hints. A mild wake up burn, then a taste of unpasturized honey that makes you want to pop the toast up! Hazelnut, carmel and licorice to finish. Wet leather. Peat. And a low level smoke. Lighter tahn many peat favourites but sure to please with a long lasting grip on the taste buds. A great slow sipper.
